In the autumn of 1975, a tiny, crooked-nosed angel was placed in my arms. My first girl. I had never seen such a beauty. She has turned out to be one of my best heroes. She spent 18 months unselfishly serving the people of Argentina for the Lord, and was rewarded with a husband who adores her and 3 tiny men who will follow her to the ends of the earth. She is Allison. It has been rewarding to be her Mom, as I have seen her emerge as a Woman of Faith and a woman of strength. As she turns 33, I want her to know that I will always love her unconditionally and that I want to be her friend forever. Thank you for all you have given me, Alli. You are still a beauty in every way.

Oh man, what a surprise! Only a mom can make a daughter's heart melt with words like those...it means the world to know that you are proud of the life I'm trying to live. I love you, too.
